The Core is a hardy group of cold-water stalwarts, creatives, and adventure seekers. Ambassadors committed to the cause, sharing the ‘Northcore’ way of thinking.
This is how we see the brand progressing, with community at its core and products tested to their absolute limit. We wish to return to our roots - Big waves, wild winds, and heavy waters.
To get there, we are looking to invest in two brand ambassadors to tell our story and elevate our (collective) output. Big wave surfers, surf photographers, and all-round ocean obsessives are welcome.

Who are we looking for?
- Big wave surfers | If you’re part of the famed Mullaghmore crew, have ambitions to conquer Nazaré, or plans to chase big swells this year - We want to hear from you.
- Surf photographers | We know surf communities are built around image makers. Those that swim out in heavy swells, sit deep in the impact zone for hours on end, and capture the essence of cold-water surfing - We want to hear from you.
- Ocean obsessives | All-round watermen (and women), who find a home by the sea and can’t ever seem to escape it. Natural seafarers documenting their time in the water, building a life around its rhythms, and pushing for its protection - We want to hear from you.
What are we looking for?
- Video-first content, based around Northcore’s pre-established themes and product pushes. Collaboratively shared with the @northcore Instagram account.
- A selection of high quality, on-brand images provided on a monthly basis, utilised for social media, on-site activations, and email marketing.
- Product reviews and quality long-form written content (with assistance from the Northcore team), published to Northcore’s blog.
- Consistent engagement with Northcore’s own social media output, including likes, comments, and story shares.
This is a brief overview of deliverables expected over the 6-month (contracted) period, which will be tailored to each ambassador and their individual strengths.
